Laura Russell is a Registered Dental Hygienist with an MBA (Masters of Business Administration) from Seton Hall University. She is strong at linking the clinical aspects of dentistry with the business of the practice. Because of her background, she can relate to your clinical staff and understand their duties and dilemmas. She knows how to work with staff to set and reach your practice’s goals.

Laura is highly experienced at guiding practices in successful insurance participation exits. She is a systems specialist who loves the challenge of streamlining and training team members for efficient processes that reduce stress. She has served the dental community for over two decades.

Using the key systems that she developed, she succeeds at controlling overhead, resulting in greater productivity and profitability for the dentist and the team.

With over 20 systems offered, such as her leak-proof recall system for patient retention and her Soft Tissue Management Program, she is able to adapt to the unique needs of the practices she serves.
